I honestly hoped they would stick to a darker superhero universe and not rip off marvel's unfunny jokes. I felt like there was more of a threat to taken seriously in bvs. A truly underrated scene. Steve wasnt the strongest or healthiest BUT for a trainee ready to make the ultimate sacrifice for the safety of his fellow cadets, one who made his training a living hell. That makes Steve the most courageous and noble characters in the entire MCU.
